Double room in a recently refurbished bungalow

On the A585 only 1,500 yards from junction 3 of the M55 so great access to Blackpool (5 miles to the West end of the M55), Preston (8 miles to the East end of the M55), Lancaster (27 miles to the city centre) and surrounding areas. This does of course mean we're on a main road but there's double glazing to the bedroom that's offered plus additional soundproofing to the windows, getting the sound from the road down to 45dB.

Bedroom on offer has a very comfy high quality full sized 6ft6in double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet.

Bathroom has bath and electric shower, heated towel rail, heater, extractor fan, lighted heated mirror etc. When I am at home we can ensure between us that the bathroom is available to you at times to fit in with when you start work.

Large lounge with a three setter recliner settee and my bed settee in it. This arrangement has worked fine with several other of my sharers around the world if my sharer uses it between the most common hours of around 8am to around 11pm. Large screen smart TV due back from repair soon. The room may have too many artificial plants and knick knacks.

Laundry room with washer/dryer.

Big kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer etc etc.

A small dining table, also usable as a desk, is currently in the lounge. It can also go in the kitchen or possibly in your bedroom. The legs are removable so it can be moved to different rooms during the day if that works best for you.

Double glazed.

Broadband and all the usual utilities included, subject only to them not more than doubling in cost compared with the costs when the building was occupied only by me two years ago when prices were at their highest.

Grassed garden.

Under 400 yards to Starbucks and the local convenience store, all within a Shell fuel station.

750 yards to a long-established Indian restaurant and takeaway.

Village pubs in every direction.

One only genial and accommodating fellow to share with, recently DBS checked. 69 and a half years old. Cricket and car racing nut. Non smoker and can't/won't have a smoker or vaper. Non drinker and can/will have a drinker but not to excess. I'm 5% neuro diverse, I'm told it's in an entertaining way. I spend a lot of time "working" away on race tracks.

Females preferred because I get on better with you.
