Modern house in quiet area to share

Hi, I'm looking for a friendly new house mate to share with me in my nice 2 bedroom house in fernhurst farm, ewood, Blackburn. It's a 3 min drive to the M65 junction in Darwen and a 5 min walk to a great local pub and major bus route. It's a new build with a back garden and drive way. You would be sharing with 34 year old guy that works full time. Council tax is paid for, but gas/electric would be split between the 2 of us. The room available is a double and recently decorated.
