House share

I am looking to house share with working individual, I have a single bedroom to rent out, rent includes all bills. House close to shops and bus route. I work full time on shifts, bathroom and kitchen would be shared and each other's privacy would be respected. I have no pets but I do smoke. The house comprises of living room, dining room and newly fitted kitchen, upstairs had two bedrooms and reasonable size bathroom, yard to rear.
Suitable for a single person.
I'm looking for a female to share, age not an issue as long as working full time or has proof of income.
