Room to let in quiet area of Feniscowles

Double room with own bathroom to let overlooking the canal in Feniscowles, on the edge of Blackburn. It's at the end of a quiet road , but with easy access to junction 4 or 5 the M65. The room comes with its own bathrooom and sole use of a small snug or office. The wifi is good and included in the rent, if you work from home.

There is an off road parking space along with shared use of a large kitcken - diner and the back garden overlooking the canal.

Close by there is a Tesco Metro, bus stop (for Chorley / Preston / Blackburn) a pub-restaurant and a cycle or walking route along the canal into Blackburn. Pleasington railway station is a mile away, Royal Blackburn Hospital 4 miles and BAE Systems Samlesbury about 4.5miles.

I'm looking for a professional, non smoking person with good references. I'm looking for a 2 month minimum let with a months notice, but would consider a shorter term let too.
