Double room to rent

I have a double room to let in a three bedroomed new build Mews house in Fleetwood. The room has a king size bed with wardrobe facility, drawers and cupboard space. It is very light and airy. The facilities in the rest of the house are shared with myself and my son when he comes home from uni. They include central heating with combi boiler[ so hot water when ever required], double glazed, bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Large kitchen/diner with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Own cupboard, fridge and freezer space. We have broadband with wi-fi connection. There is a gated and locked parking area at the rear of the property leading into the paved back garden.
I am looking for a professional working person to share with me. They MUST love dogs as I have three. Someone who is preferably respectful and tidy.
