Large bedroom available in two bed semi-detached house. Two big windows, king size bed with bedding, cabinets and wardrobes.
Bathroom upstairs only for lodger.
Bathroom downstairs only for me.
Downstairs kitchen and living area shared with me.
Open plan kitchen-lounge with French doors to the garden. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, (separate fridge for lodger) cooker, oven, microwave...fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
Outside private parking space for two cars on the site of the house. Plenty of safe storage for bikes, etc.
Rent includes bills (wifi, utilities).
Strictly non-smoking person, responsible for keeping own private area spotlessly clean, preferably professional with proof of income.
10min to University by car, 15min by bus.
First bus to Lancaster at 6.30 am. Also buses to Garstang, Preston, Blackpool.
