Bus stop outside the house providing frequent public transport to surrounding areas, Kirkham, Preston, Poulton and close to Lytham for shopping, restaurants, bars etc and the beach, the village has adequate shops, hairdressers/barbers pubs library & takeaways, 5 minutes from BAE by bus or is in walking distance. I am friendly and keep a clean tidy peaceful house, I respect other peoples space etc. I do have 2 small dogs who are very well behaved & a friendly cat, Look forward to hearing from you.
