I am a "live out landlord". I am offering a double room in an excellent professional shared house on Brackenbury Road Preston.

 Close to the Hospital and within walking distance to the town Centre and the train station, bills included and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
