I have a room becoming available now with just me as the owner occupier, a friendly cocker spaniel and two cats.

I prefer to share with a female or couple (additional charge to cover increased utiltiies and council tax)

For me i work from home and am studying counselling at runshaw college, leyland, on a thursday
You will have access to the communal kitchen, has all mod cons new air fryer, and microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer

and lounge (with wood burning stove) 3D TV
Virgin media TV and Broadband (35O) along with Amazon Prime

There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom and separate shower


There is a garden with BBQ, Hottub, greenhouse and shed
i haven’t updated the bedroom picture as yet as my current lodger is in midst of moving out
