JUST DECORATED: This room is well decorated. It has a wooden floor, it's been recently repainted, a double bed divan, two Ikea wardrobes plus Ikea bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. Also a funky blue chair.
BATHROOM : There is a shared bathroom in this house with instant hot water for the shower.
KITCHEN: It's large! Plus, it's just been refurbished with brand new units on top and a lot of work on the lower area too eg new drawers. There is a fridge freezer plus two single fridges.
STORAGE : This is a double room 3.65 m x 4m! There is lots of storage here.
SIZE : This is a good sized double room which can fit in pretty much any size of bed and still have lots of space. The room is a good shape which makes it easy to place the furniture to create lots of floor space. .
PRICE : Do not be misled by the low rent for a room this size, £425 pcm, fully inclusive, this room is usually well sought after and has been inhabited by just two tenants in the last ten years.
