Cosy double near central Preston

Hi! My current flatmate is sadly moving out as she has completed her studies and is moving back to Canada, so my spare room is back on the market. The house is shared with me, India, and I own it. I’m easy going, open minded, and enjoy a good kitchen table chat!

The room & house:
🛌 Double bed furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table and a dressing table. Can be changed for a chest of drawers or desk if preferred.

🚿 Use of the main bathroom mostly to yourself as I have my own shower room
📺 Netflix, Sky Go access (TV and sports) & Prime Video
🪴 Medium sized garden (perfect for drinks in the summer)

There is a small 3rd room which is currently used as a WFH space which you’d be welcome to use on certain days of the week. It also has a spare fold out bed for guests.

About me:
🌻 I’m 31, working for the NHS in Blackpool, and have been in Preston almost 3 years
🦋 I love to keep a clean and tidy home, so would much prefer someone else who is also into a clean space
🌞 I value having a friendship with the person I’ll be sharing my home with, but also value time alone in our own spaces!
