Cosy double near central Preston

Hi! My current flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her partner, so my spare room is back on the market. The house is shared with me, India, and I own the house. I’m laid back and open minded, so like to think I’m a chilled landlady!

The room & house:
🛌 Double bed furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table and a desk. Chest of drawers can be added if needed.
💵 Bills included
🚙 Off road parking
🚿 Use of the main bathroom mostly to yourself as I have my own shower room
📺 Sky TV, Netflix & Prime Video
🪴 Medium sized garden (perfect for drinks in the summer)
🌈 LGBTQIA+ house

There is a small 3rd room which currently is used as storage, so you’d be welcome to utilise this. At some point I’d like to get a desk and chair in there! The house is still undergoing some decoration as I only moved in this year, but is already very cute and cosy.

About me:
🌻 I’m 30, working part time and studying Psychotherapy at UCLan part time.
🦋 I love to keep a clean and tidy home, so would much prefer someone else who is also into a clean space
🌞 I value having a friendship with the person I’ll be sharing my home with, but also value time alone in our own spaces!
