Room for rent - lovely bright home near hospital

Hi, I’m renting a room in my lovely three bed semi detached house (including office space) in Fulwood. I’m a 5 minute walk from Preston hospital, super close to amenities as well. With parking space and garden and park to the rear of the house so great for people who like outdoor space. I’m looking for a nice, clean, respectful housemate to join me. I’m a sociable person but really enjoy having a calm space to relax into at the end of the day after work. I work from home 1-2 days a week. Contribution towards bills no more than £300 (including council tax, internet, electricity, gas, heating, water).
