Lovely double room in Fulwood

Hi. I have a lovely double room to let within a modern two bed house in Fulwood. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac within 15 mins walking distances to local supermarkets (Sainsburys and Asda) and 10 min bus ride or 25 minute walk to the Royal Preston Hospital. At the end of the road is a bus stop with a regular bus service travelling into the city centre.

I only stay at home 1 day a week so you would have the house to yourself most of the time (added bonus!!). The room is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, desk and large bookshelf. Kitchen facilities include Washing machine, tumble dryer, gas cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bills include Sky TV and Wifi broadband. There is parking at the front and back of the property and the neighbours are lovely. There is also a lovely grass garden at the front and back for chilling out in the summer.
