STORAGE : This is a double room with an original built in unit rising all the way to the ceiling. This can act not only as a wardrobe but also it's brilliant for storage for hiding away those suitcases and plastic boxes full of the things you don't need every day.

SIZE : This is a good sized double room which can fit in pretty much any size of bed and still have lots of space. The built in original unit means the space is well used and maximises the free living area.

In the opposite direction, you are in Preston City Centre in 6 minutes and the bus station in just 12. From the bus station the train station is 15 minutes' walk. The 23 bus also takes you to Asda and Booths Supermarkets very easily. Sainsbury's is walking distance and Morrisons is 10 minutes' drive. (About 2 miles)

This is a very sociable house where the tenants all seem to get on very well, both male & female tenants are welcome.
