Description
WILL CONSIDER SHORT-TERM LETS, MINIMUM 1 MONTH, SURCHARGE FOR THIS THOUGH. ONLY FOR FULL-TIME WORKING PROFESSIONALS.
'It's great to live here, it's a clean and homely environment. Charlotte is lovely to live with, she is very friendly and accommodating.'
Vicky, junior doctor, 26 (lived here for 12 months)
Friendly house share available for working person in a convenient part of Fulwood. It's a compact double room, and the house also features a sunny kitchen-diner, and a large bathroom (with bath and shower).
The property is in a desirable location and parking is easy. There is a bus stop just metres away, with buses to the town centre or the hospital every 10 minutes.
The property is centrally heated throughout.
The rent includes ALL utility bills, high speed unlimted wifi and cleaner.
This is an easy-going yet welcoming household.
'The room is nice and I found it really easy for work - I was working at DWP near Asda. It was great having a weekly cleaner too, she always made sure the house looked good.
I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere in the lounge with the other housemates, but the wifi was good enough to stream TV in my room too. I wish I could find a house as good and as economical as this on London (where I move next month).'
James, Graduate Trainee, 24
'I lived here for almost 2 years while finishing my medical training and working at RPH. It's a nice room, Charlotte had recently decorated it, and I liked how it was a house for professionals.
The cleaner was great, it was easy to get in the bathroom in the morning (Charlotte swims most mornings) and she was always keen for it to be a friendly household where all 3 of us got on well - we sometimes shared a pizza and had a fun time watching the Euros.
We mostly did our own thing though & weren't in each others pockets - it was an ideal house for a young professional, and quite cheap (I was able to save for my house deposit).
Charlotte is very nice but also efficient with the DIY stuff - any issues got sorted straightaway, as it's her house. I cannot recommend it highly enough.'
Stephen, 30, Lancaster
(I'm afraid I don't let to those who work nights. The room is not en suite. I don't let to undergraduate students, or people with very irregular working hours)
