The property is in a desirable location and parking is easy. There is a bus stop just metres away, with buses to the town centre, Asda and the hospital every 10 minutes.

The property is centrally heated throughout.

Fibre broadband, gas, electricity, water, council tax and weekly cleaning are all included in the rent.

This is an easy-going yet welcoming household.

'The room is spacious and I found it really easy for work - I was working at DWP near Asda. It was great having a weekly cleaner too, she always made sure the house looked good.

I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere in the lounge with the other housemates, but the wifi was good enough to stream TV in my room too. I wish I could find a house as good and as economical as this on London (where I move next month).'
