Double room with own bathroom

My current housemate is moving out and I need someone new. I’m very laid back and easy to get on with. I have two dogs who are very friendly and loving. Happy with smokers but strictly no smoking within the property and would have to go outside. Happy to make any adjustments if required. Would prefer a fellow student but this is not essential. The room is on it’s on second floor which is your space with the bathroom. The room is fully furnished but don’t have any updated pictures.
