Postgrad/Mature Student Room to let in Galgate

Nice bungalow in Galgate, overlooking fields. Just 1km from Lancaster University campus (5 minutes bike ride) and main bus routes. I have only just moved to the area to start a PhD in environmental science at Lancaster Uni., and am looking to let my spare room out. Ideally looking for a mature or post grad student, but I will consider professionals, particularly if you work in conservation/ecology or at the uni or hospital.
The bathroom is newly refurbished and all the furniture in the bedroom is brand new. It has a great south facing back garden, there's wifi and a washing machine. There is a garage for a bicycle and a drive for a motorbike. The drive is too narrow for a car, but on street parking is safe and available in front of the property.
I'm looking for an easy going person, with similar outlooks and interests to let my spare room to.
I am pretty middle of the road with everything. I appreciate a bit of tranquility as much as a good laugh.
