Double furnished room

I’m looking to rent a double room out in Galgate super close to Lancaster uni with a beautiful French bulldog called Pablo.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have a lovely room become available for rent in a quiet 3 bed house. From 1st September.

In the house there is myself, another female (24) and a small friendly French bulldog. We would be looking for another female - either working or potentially a mature student (we are both qualified teachers and work though the week)
The occupant would be responsible for shared cleaning but not for the dog.

The house is a modern 3 story build with family bathroom including a shower over bath tub. There is a spacious shared lounge with fireplace and tv with various streaming channels and large kitchen as well as a small back garden with AstroTurf and decking.

The available room is on the top floor and is fully finished including a double bed with high quality mattress and an internal lock.

All bills included. Netflix and Disney plus log ins available. Fully furnished
