Quiet, warm, small double room in lovely cottage.

According to previous tenants, I have a double room in my home, which is a lovely place to live. It's perfect for studying and is within walking distance from the university. It is a calm, quiet and positive environment like my character, which is easy to get on with. I am a mature student studying for an MA in creative writing but have deferred while I finish writing the first draft of my novel.
The house is quiet, warm and cosy, with two gardens, one with a writing hut where I work. I enjoy gardening, walking, reading and cooking, and I have a tiny little dog called Lilly, who is very well-behaved.
I live alone and have two tenants who share a bathroom, and I have my ensuite and a third toilet next to the kitchen and a utility room with a washer
