Room to rent in a beautiful Victorian property.

I have a double bed in a small bedroom within our family home. The room is fully furnished and equipped with a flatscreen Tv and free super fast wifi. Bills included (not food) and fair usage of electric/gas. So if you like lengthy showers etc then this place is not for you.

Our property is on a main road so some traffic noise is inevitable. Five friendly german shepherds live here too. They have free run of the house but not in your room- there is a lock on your door.

Shared lounge/dining kitchen and bathroom.

Street parking is free and plentiful.

We are 2 minutes away from two well maintained parks. Churchfield House and well manicured gardens are across from the house and families often sit down and relax here.

Public transport is available with a bus stop across the road.

Great Harwood is a lovely little market town with lots of quaint cafès, wine bars and shops.

We are looking for a quiet, friendly and honest individual that would like to share our home with us. I work from my office at home so am often home each day. I don't mind if you work shifts/nights/days etc as long as you are respectful of others within the home and this will be reciprocated.
