House mate wanted. Short or long stay

Hi,
House mate wanted in a lovely 3 bed house. You will have full use of the house, with one other person living there.
It’s in a nice quiet area with plenty of street parking.
Wifi available.
1 cat also lives in the property.
Walking distance to shops, eats, park and pubs.
Your bedroom is a recently refurbished loft room which is light and airy. It has a TV and mini fridge.
Ideally looking for a clean tidy person, who is down to earth and friendly.
I work full time and also have a second job working in a bar/restaurant some nights so don’t think we would get under each other’s feet.
I don’t mind smokers but would prefer them to smoke outdoors.
