Double room to rent lovely area of great Harwood

I have a double room to rent with in a semi- detached house in great Harwood - looking onto a gorgeous park with picnic area, tennis courts etc and there is ample off street parking.

There's a shared living room with a log burning fire for those chilly winter nights - with Virgin tv and broadband and a large back garden for when summer eventually arrives ready for a few cheeky BBQ's. There is also a front garden which gives the house a quaint cottage feel.

The kitchen is of good size and has everything you'll need to cook - probably still in wrappers as cooking isn't my fortey. There's is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The double room comes fully furnished is and has plenty of storage space.

The whole house has been redecorated in the last 12 months so is very fresh but with a shabby chic feel.

I'm a staff nurse at blackburn hospital and work a mixture of shifts varying from 13 hour days to weekends and nights - but don't worry within reason I can sleep through anything.

I also have a 3 year old chocolate lab called spud - he's the softest friendliest fella you'll ever meet but obviously you must be a dog person :)

I'm a 2 minute walk to the nearest pub which serves cracking pub grub and only a 5minute walk into town were the local ammenities include great Harwood swimming baths and gym, and Aldi and plenty of small local shops (there are also plenty of local friendly pubs if your interested in a few cheeky drinks :)
