-Two living areas — main lounge plus dining room with 65" wall-mounted TV
-Full streaming and TV setup downstairs: Netflix, Prime, sports channels, movie channels, 4,000+ live channels, 5,000+ series and 35,000+ movies — all available to share in the communal areas
-Bathroom with power shower
-Home office available for occasional use. (great for the odd WFH day, video call, or admin catch-up — it's my main working space so not suitable for daily full-time WFH)
-Large back garden with patio & outhouse with Washer/Dryer.
-Eufy robot vacuum keeps communal areas low-maintenance.

-Quiet household, no parties, no drugs

-£400 deposit (held by landlord, returned in full at end of stay subject to room condition and bills up to date)
-3 month minimum stay, longer preferred
-Available from 9/5/26
-References required: employment confirmation, recent payslips, bank statements, previous landlord reference. Basic DBS certificate also required if not professional.
Some renovation work planned over the next year (kitchen, bathroom, windows) — happy to talk through this at viewing.
