Looking for a short-term let or room to stay while you work away during the week? Relocating to the Bolton/Manchester area but need somewhere to stay temporarily while you find something suitable?

Small yet self-contained with everything you need; Studio with bedroom area, en-suite and small food preparation/kitchen area.

Access to this private area of a domestic home (in a quiet neighbourhood), is via the front porch - from entering the front door of the property (no need to cross through the house - you're straight into the room from the front door)

THE ROOM !!!!!Please note, this room is suitable for ONE person!!!!
Room is single, small but contains the following:
- Front drive parking (no vans please)
- On the ground floor (room is within a bungalow)
- Entry from main porch without entering the main house
- Small kitchen preparation area (with own fridge, small oven, microwave)
- En suite
- Large window facing onto side court yard
None of the above facilities are shared - they are contained within one room

KITCHEN AREA
Small kitchen area which includes:
- Fridge/freezer (ice box)
- Microwave
- Electric hot plate for cooking plus small oven
- Crockery/cutlery
- Toaster
- Kettle

EN-SUITE
- Electric shower
- Toilet
- Stone sink/basin
- Shelf for storing towels
- Small cupboard under sink

BEDROOM
- Single bed with duvet, pillows and bedding provided (these are changed once monthly within the weekly rent payable)
- Drawers and hanger space for limited clothes storage
- USB charging points
- Worktop area for laptop / small TV
- Small TV and remote (no aerial - Smart enabled so can stream Netflix etc ... i refuse to pay for a TV licence and mostly what is on is rubbish!)

(Note: Bedroom area is small but ideal for a professional staying away during the week, with minimal need for wardrobe space - there isn't much - just a rail on the wall and some drawers for storing t-shirts etc)

Property is in quiet neighbourhood with running bus service at top of road. Approx. 2 miles from Bolton town centre, 1 mile from supermarket and 5 min walk to local spar shop.

NOT included:
- No Laundry service (this means no facility for washing clothes a local Nisa provides this service)
- There is NO shared lounge area
- No food and other provisions forming usual grocery shop is provided. A fridge, small ice box, oven, toaster and kettle are within the room meaning this is self-catering

Optional Extras
I will clean/change bedding, wash towels and clean the room once monthly to keep this fresh.
Any personal clothes, underwear etc must be laundered by lodger/occupant. There are several laundry services locally (Johnsons, Nisa self serve etc for wash and drying).
Please note, the reason for NOT allowing lodger within the main house is because i have a large greyhound dog - friendly but has been known to cause people allergies and because of his size, can be slightly over-bearing!
