Spacious and light double room overlooking Morecambe Bay and The Lake District with terrific views and sunsets.
We are in a quiet residential street and very well placed for HEYSHAM POWER STATION(the room has in the past been useful for people on shorter contracts at the Power Station eg graduate training or contractors), Heysham Village and for shops and supermarkets(ALDI/ASDA/Morriso ns) in Morecambe and the local area. There are direct buses to Lancaster University from the end of the avenue(approx 40 mins away).

This is the only room on our third(top) floor, making it fairly separate from the rest of the house. Rent includes use of shared kitchen, bathroom and washing machine, all utility bills, council tax and wireless internet. Bed linen can also be provided on request.

The room is versatile and can be furnished or unfurnished. There is also a dressing room/study space/storage space outside the room on the landing. The room also has a seating area and sofa.

The house is a family home and we are looking for tenants who will respect and look after it as we do. Also for people who are tolerant of a friendly cat.
