Single room, mini fridge, tv, use of all facilitie

Lovely spacious single room, all furniture included. Mini fridge, tv with broadband, bedding and towels included and bills. Full use of bathroom and washing facilities and a living room you’d be welcome to use. I live with my son who stays in his room most of the time when he’s not working. I work full time so am rarely there. and in the summer I’m likely to be camping when I’m not at work. I am a smoker but don’t smoke in the house. I expect someone to be tidy and respectful, preferably someone who works hard. I like to think I’m pretty easy going so don’t mind a chat and a brew or if you’d rather not that’s all good too
