Newly refurbished double room in quiet area

Newly refurbished small double, with wardrobe and additional storage. The kitchen, lounge and bathroom are all shared and fitted with all the usual modcons. The house is in a quite area close to the promenade and beach. The room would be ideal for a power station worker. The garden is lovely, it is still a working progress. But it does have outdoor furniture and is great on a sunny day to relax. I'm only after someone that works and I will require references.
