Double Room available

I have one large double room available in a house situated on a quiet estate. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, set of drawers and a wardrobe. Bedding and linen can be provided.
The whole house has recently been redecorated and re-carpeted.
You'd have use of main bathroom (shared with one other housemate) which has a bath and a separate shower as well as use of kitchen with dishwasher / washing machine / dryer. There's also a downstairs loo.
There's TV with Sky and broadband and a double driveway for off road parking.
Large lounge and dining room with patio doors out to a south facing garden with patio & garden furniture and palm trees.

The house is 1 mile from the power station / port / wind turbine onshore station.

You'd be sharing the house with me and one other housemate. I work in financial services and very often I work away from home and only get home at the weekends. The existing housemate works nights on a 4 on 4 off rotation so sometimes isn't really seen for a while.

I'd like someone who is considerate, trustworthy, respects other people's property and will not upset my neighbours!
