Heysham bedroom to let .

I'm looking for either a short or long term lodger; My home is in a nice area with a large garden and driveway. There is a small kitchen which is clean, tidy and functional and a shared bathroom. There is an open fire on the go throughout the winter months and the room to let is a double room and can be part furnished.
We don't mind smokers but heavy drinkers are a no. Sorry, no pets as I have a dog, so if you're an animal lover, that would really help.
There is one other lodger already in the house who is a professional female. We are both bikers so bikers are more than welcome. If you're not a biker, we are not greasy bikers, we are fun riding bikers.
