You have your own tv and fridge in the room, and use of our Sky account if you prefer to stay in your room, but are welcome in our lounge with us or alone if it’s not in use


We mostly want to cater for short Monday to Friday stays but can discuss a longer stay/weekends included, if needed.

We can’t accommodate children as Jen works from home and needs it to be fairly quiet whilst working

Sea view from most windows, side sea view from bedroom, full from lounge which you are welcome to use.

The area is nice and quiet, mostly retired, so very quiet day and night.

Mon - Fri only rate is available if room is just needed workdays so please contact to discuss the reduced rate for that

Basically we can discuss what’s needed and see if it’s suitable for you, and help make it what you need

10 minute drive to Heysham Power Station

10 minute walk to local shop and supermarket

5 minute walk to the nearest pub

5 minutes drive from Morecambe Town Centre

10 minutes from M6 via Bay Gateway link road

There is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you to all local areas, lancaster included

Shared bathroom (not for toilet or wash basin use as we have our own washroom) with shower over the bath, separate front toilet by the living room is for our sole use, we only need occasional use of the shower in the bathroom, usually when you’re out so as not to disturb.

You have your own kettle and small fridge with freezer compartment (not shown in photos as new addition) in the bedroom

£40 per day, room only, food/meals not included

Off peak only (October to March)

All rates are paid in advance, including security deposit of £150 which will be returned 48 hours after room is vacated and cleaned/checked.

Basic bills included ie broadband, (excluding washer/tumble dryer/non-standard electrical, meals, heating for room outside of our standard use)

Must be good/respectful to pets, make sure to be mindful around outside doors so as not to let our two small dogs out, and guests are not to smoke indoors

Cancellation: If cancelled 7 days before arrival date a 50% retainer of funds will be made.

If cancelled 48 hours within stay full payment will be retained.

At least 14 days notice must be given for stays over 4 weeks. If less notice given, payment for one week will be retained, as may the security deposit to cover additional costs incurred during stay.

We live here also so please be respectful of personal items and remove any work shoes/coats before entering as we are strictly a ‘no outdoor shoes indoors’ home for health/medical and hygiene reasons
