Large Room to Rent in old Renovated Farmhouse

I'm in the process of doing up my grandparents old farhouse just outsdie of High Bentham and I'm renting out my guest room.

It's a large double room which has been recently refurbished along with the bathroom and kitchen. Theres a large livingroom, bar / dining room and I have a small gym at home too along with a cold-plunge.

Theres a large garden surrounded by fields and newly planted trees, and I'm hoping to install a sauna over the winter months.

I own a small shop locally so work most weekends. I have two springer spaniels who live at home but are in kennels overnight / when I’m at work.
