Spare double room to let in private home

I am a full time working professional who owns a three bedroom property. The house is in a quiet and safe location, close to amenities, the motorway and not too far from Preston city centre.

Looking to let out the furnished spare double bedroom, and looking for someone who is very clean and tidy, as I take great pride in my home.

Smoking in the garden only, vaping is fine indoors.

All bills are included, including wifi. Washing machine and plenty of parking available. The price reflects the excellent location/area as well as the quality of my home including fixtures and fittings and cleanliness of it :).

For couples I charge £720 per month and deposit would be £500. Sorry, no children or pets.

The room will be available from 11th August.
