Double room in semi rural home

The double has great views over the fields which are in the properties boundaries. There is plenty of room and it’s clean and warm. The house is down a small lane off the main road. Parking is at the rear of the property and behind closed gates. Good commuting from Hoghton to all motorway networks. Quiet household. I am requiring mature adult to move in. Area is good for mountain biking, walking. Local shop, pub, garage and bus stop in short walking distance.
Please message for more details references required from previous landlord and or work. Not suitable for people who are not used to animals (they don’t roam the house) There are several animals including a horse (that lives outside). So Dogs and cats and a bird are present, we can’t take any pets.
The room is single occupancy only, I do not take couples or singles wanting a place to party. We respect others privacy and expect the same in return.
