Double room

The double has great views over the fields which are in the properties boundaries. Nice area and the house has exterior space with off road parking in private enclosure. There is plenty of room and it’s clean and warm. The house is down a small lane off the main road. Good commuting from Hoghton to all motorway networks. Close to BAE Samlesbury and 3 miles from Preston. Quiet household. I am requiring mature adult to move in. Area is good for mountain biking, walking. Local shop, pub, garage and bus stop in short walking distance.
Please message for more details, references required from previous landlord and work. Not suitable for people who are not used to animals (they don’t roam the house). We have Dogs and cats so we can’t take any pets.
The room is single occupancy only, I do not take couples. Must respect others privacy and will get the same in return. We are up early and like to get our rest! Not suitable for people who like noise.
