Private attic room for quiet professional

My house is in the middle of Hoghton, facing fields and close to nice walks and countryside. The room is in the attic which has its own door to. There is a king size bed (different to photo) in the room, a set of draws, a table and 2 chairs. One for reading or watching TV.
You would need to be considerate of the small house and quiet surroundings. The area is peaceful so would suit someone who is looking for this lifestyle. There is a train line that goes close by but they stop at 11pm and start at 7am.
I have a dog and 2 cats who are very friendly and cheeky, It is their house as well so you would need to like animals.
