I’ve got a furnished double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in my 5-bed detached home.

Shared use of the lounge plus an extra reception room (perfect as a desk space or private lounge).
Small basic home gym – free to use.
Outdoor storage for bikes, boards, or other gear.
Plenty of parking space, including for a van.

Location perks:
The house is in a great spot for an outdoorsy type – with walking, hiking, and cycling routes right from the doorstep.

Transparency note:
My house is currently on the market, so I need someone who’s happy to keep things clean and tidy.
May occasionally be required to share bathroom if family visit.
