Very close to BAE Warton, Preston & Motorway Links

I have a spare double room on the first floor of my semi detached house in the really lovely village of Newton with Scales. Newton is a really friendly village just 1 min drive up the road from Kirkham, 10 minutes from BAE at Warton and 10-15 mins away from all the main places like Preston, Blackpool and Lytham.

At the moment I spend most of my time at my boyfriends house and so whoever takes the room will have pretty much free run of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden for the majority of the time. We tend to spend 3 nights at the house each week

I'm looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy and who likes animals. The house is home to a dog and a cat, both are extremely friendly.
