A fully furnished very spacious room, double bed with firm mattress available for a quiet respectable person in a peaceful semi-detached property.
The room has a double mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage, a bedside cabinet, large set of solid wood drawers, comfy office chair a desk and lamp. It is newly decorated, new curtains and a new nice soft carpet.
The beautiful stone built 125 year old Victorian property has been fully insulated on all exterior walls to make the ECP rating C. A brand new walk in shower has been installed upstairs as well as having a bathroom downstairs. The log burner makes it very cosy in Winter where you can sit and read in peace.
The house is kept spotless by the clean and tidy occupants. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms will ever be in use which means you don't have to share your space with loads of others, giving you some peace when you need it most. Ideally In full time work, post grad students or people visiting the area if you want weekly/daily let's.
Not suitable for people working from home, retired or a need to sleep during the day due to shifts. No smokers/vapours or alcohol/drug related issues.
Fair usage policy for water, gas and electric which are all included and metered. £50 deposit for short stays. Neurodivergent people welcome.
Monthly £550, £500 deposit, use your own bedding etc. Incl all the above.

Lifelong fan of the outdoors, ex outdoor pursuits instructor, long distance walker and mountain hiker. Very fit, interested in nutrition and gut microbiome. I don't drink or smoke. I'm in bed for 10pm and up at first light.
