Furnished double bedroom to rent in the Beaumont area of North Lancaster. Close proximity to the canal and river with amenities not far away. Town is a 20 minute walk and there are bus stops close by. Plenty of on street parking is available

Room is furnished - see photos - and price includes broadband and bills. No services included however there is a nice new kitchen with a washing machine at your disposal.

The house is a three-bed semi and I live alone; currently no pets however a little monkey (my daughter) does visit regularly. There are two lounges with TV's, shared bathroom and kitchen. Outside decked area too.

I'm a professional and occasionally work away and also work from home. Looking for someone similar with manners, clean and tidy who will respect the house and treat it as their own. No DSS sorry.
