Bedroom (described as 'double' in house details but containing single bed) with lovely woodland views in quiet area of Lancaster. Shared bathroom, through sitting room/dining room and kitchen. Tenant must like cats, as there are two cats who have the run of the house - but have been banned from the 'lodger room' since it was redecorated and re-carpeted (apart from Bella getting in on the photo!) It has had 2 occupants since it was redecorated in 2018, both of whom worked at Lancaster University and said they would rather have slightly further to travel (it's north of the River Lune) but live in a house that felt like a home and have the company of cats!
Live-in, fairly easy-going landlady, working part-time for New Life Church and part-time as private tutor.
Ready access to Bay Gateway, Heysham Power Station & Lancaster and Morecambe College.
