2 minute walk to Lancaster train station, 5 mins to city centre shops at the top of town.
Easy walk/bike ride to the hospital and other city centre locations.

Large fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwashers and large American style refrigerator. Super fast broadband/Wi-Fi in house.

Separate WC and shower rooms on each floor and bath on 1st floor. 2x showers and 1x bath/shower. 3 x toilets.

The room will be allocated on a first come - first served basis, with additional priority being given to:
1. long term period contracts
2. Contracts starting as close to 21st March as possible

These rooms usually fill within a few days so if someone is wanting to sign a contract without a viewing or to conduct a remote viewing via video call with myself from the address then a £50 room hold charge is taken until the first rent payment is due. This charge is then deducted from the first rent payment.
