Council tax is split between tenants currently £30 per month each tenant.

The house has an HMO license for 8 people and therefore only one room can take a couple.
Recently renovated Victorian property with 7 bedrooms in total. TVs and in-room wash basins in every room. Large study areas for Postgrad/Professional tenants and fully equipped with all mod cons and appliances.
Guarantor necessary. Professionals welcomed but council tax must be split and paid between non-student residents.

Easy walk/bike ride to the hospital and other city centre locations.
Large fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwashers and large American style refrigerator and separate social TV room with 50” TV. Super fast broadband/Wi-Fi in house.
Separate WC and shower rooms on each floor (max shared between 3) and bath on 1st floor.
