The property itself is located within Bowerham, with a bus stop 20metres down the road. Buses are regular. It is a short walk of around 20 minutes to the train station and just 15 minutes into town. It takes around 10 minutes on the bus to travel to Lancaster University.

The current tenants that live there are lovely and very charismatic. Looking for someone who is equally as charismatic.

There is onstreet parking. Amenities within the house include: fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tv (in the living room); the kitchen is a large communal area, well lit and very homely.
