Hi! We have two double rooms available in a 5 bed house with 3 third year girls at Lancaster uni for the year 2019/2020. The Rent is £90 per week but if both rooms are taken this will go down to £79 per week (with all bills included). It is a three minute walk to the bus station, Sainsbury's, and Sugarhouse. The Kitchen/ dining area, bathrooms and carpet throughout the house have been newly renovated for the move in date. There is also plenty of Permit parking on the road outside the house.
