Double Rooms Available

I’m Daz, I’m 37 (omg) and I live in a fully furnished detached house on Africa Drive, 10 mins walk from the train station and town. It’s got 4 large double bedrooms. The house has on street parking, usually loads of spaces near the house, a drive for my car and a garage. I need to rent out the 1 empty double room, mainly because the mortgage has gone up, there’s 2 other lodgers, Jake (18) bex (20 odd)

There’s some usual house rules, so we don’t wanna smash each others heads in, for example I’m an occasional smoker but there’s no smoking in the house, coz i appreciate the fact that it stinks etc. no mad parties if any of us have work the next morning etc. Im also a gay, not a raging in your face Ru Paul gay gay but maybe a bit of a Graham Norton type gay, if that bothers you then don’t move in.

I’m looking to let the room to nice professionals that respect each other’s space and the right to live in a clean, friendly environment. The main bathroom is shared by the lodgers, i will use my en-suite, which I don’t mind sharing if it becomes a rush in the mornings etc.

There’s also a downstairs loo. A decent sized living room and a large kitchen/diner.

The rent is £550 per month, in advance, with all utility bills included. There’s a £550 deposit which will be returned when you on the day you move out (as long as there’s no serious damage done to your room)
