I have average size bedroom for rent in 3 bedroomed house in North Lancaster, near to the bus route to the University, owner lives in, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen also has a large garden at the rear and a shead for storing a bike.£340 per month, inc bills. and broadband but not the house phone, with wifi inc. this room has just been completly redecorated. I am a easy going person who works locally Monday to friday so I'm looking for a quiet kind of person not a party animal.
