A spacious, well kept, fully furnished, single room which comes with shared house facilities (bathroom, lounge, fully fitted kitchen, etc).
The house is non-smoking and has no pets.

The house is just on the outskirts of Lancaster and is on a direct bus route into Lancaster and/or Morecambe with buses regularly throughout the day. It is also within walking distance of the town centre, which would be about 15 minutes and a couple of supermarkets which are a 10 minute walk.

There is street parking in front of the house if required, and it is situated in a fairly quiet cul-de-sac.

The property would be shared with one female occupant, who works part time including some home working, and has occasional visits from grandchildren.
Looking for a female lodger who is clean, tidy, domesticated and responsible.
