We are offering a very large room in this ground floor two-bedroom shared flat, within an imposing Victorian mansion (built 1860). The house was converted into flats 30 years ago, and we have recently completed a full eco-refurbishment of this ground floor flat.

The location could not be better: set back from the road, but literally 1 minute from the railway station, with the city centre just a little further. There is a large forecourt for off-street parking, and a shed for bicycles.

Bedroom 2 with a large walk-in shower is the room that is still available. You would be sharing the flat with a professional couple.

The bedrooms overlook the back garden, as pictured.
