We are delighted to offer for rent this newly refurbished 5 bedroom property in the heart of Lancaster.

The house is located on NORFOLK ST, just off Owen Road. It is close to Lancaster city centre where you’ll find a whole host of local amenities, restaurants, bars and shops. The property benefits from easily accessible transportation links; both the bus depot and Lancaster train station are within walking distance. This location is perfect for students or professionals, the University of Cumbria in Lancaster, Royal Lancaster Infirmary and Lancaster University are easy to get to either by car or using the buses. All bills are included in the rent except for the council tax for professionals.
