1 Single/Small Double (Bed Included)

Hi there,

I have a small room that has a small double in need of filling. Room has plenty of in built storage.

Nice clean, tidy and cosey house made up of a front room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

The room comes with a small double Divan bed with 4 draws. Also comes with plenty of in built storage.

I am happy to have short term lets as and when.

I am currently working remotely from home so my desk is currently set up in the front room. However if this does pose an issue I can easily relocate this to my bedroom.

£80 per/week or £345 per/month all bills inc Council Tax and BT broadband included.

All bills are in my name and come out of my bank, so just looking for a housemate to help me with that.
