S. bed is available to rent on first floor adjacent to a separate bathroom which has a walk in shower (no bath). Bathroom is shared with the owner who lives on 2nd floor and in the garden most of the time. Owner is warm and friendly and likes to chat but who also enjoys being absorbed in past times or work.
